
New packages to enhance Ariel’s scientific image and its intimacy with customers
Ariel Labo refers to a sub-brand of P&G Ariel, targeting customers in early twenties, who would still well remember experiences of exercising curiosity in school laboratories. It is an attempt to overcome not only cold and too rational images of the existing brand but ensuing didactic trait it has shown in advertisement. A set of new packages associating basic lab equipments would boost scientific drives of the brand, without necessarily instructing customers. With the scientific but more aesthetic and playful means of manipulating detergent, laundry would be no longer a weekly bother but become a more dynamic exploration.
